Refund policy
We value the satisfaction of our customers and offer a 7-day return policy from the time the order is delivered. The returned items must be unused in it's original packaging and free of odor.
To Start a Refund follow these steps:
- Please send us an email at info@empowermodestwear with the following information:
- Order Number
- The item(s) that you would like to return
- Reason for return
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to review your request for return. Upon approval, we will provide you with where to send the package.
Return Handling & Shipping Policy
Customer will be responsible for the packaging of the items.
Customer will be responsible for all the cost associated with shipping the item back to us.
Item must be in unworn, unused condition and free of odor.
No returns on items bought on sale with free shipping offer.
Due to Hygiene reasons, the following items are not returnable:

Refund
Once your refund has been approved, depending on your banking institution, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect into your account.
Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer from wear and tear or insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund. If an item is received with signs of wear/tear, use or with odor, we will be sending it back to the customer and the customer will be responsible for all the associated shipping cost.
Empower Modest Wear Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if any of the above conditions are not met.
